These Terms and Conditions govern all purchases, services, and website usage on our platform. By accessing our site, browsing products, or completing a checkout order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these terms.
When you place an order through our checkout system, you are making an offer to purchase the specified items. You will receive an immediate automated order confirmation email containing your Order ID. A binding contract is formed once our warehouse verifies stock availability, processes payment, and dispatches the items with a registered tracking number.
We reserve the right to cancel or decline any order in cases of suspected fraudulent activity, unauthorized reseller abuse, or technical errors in inventory counts.
Laptop components (such as display panels, internal batteries, motherboard flex cables, and keyboard assemblies) require proper technical knowledge for safe installation. Customers are strongly encouraged to verify exact part numbers (P/N) and laptop model numbers prior to placing an order.
We strongly recommend that sensitive electronics be installed by a certified IT hardware technician. We are not liable for accidental hardware damages, short-circuits, or broken pins resulting from improper self-installation.
All prices are listed in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR / රු) and include all applicable local taxes. We strive to maintain 100% accurate pricing and stock levels. However, in the rare event of a typographical pricing error or sudden inventory shortage, we reserve the right to contact you to adjust the order or issue an immediate full refund.
We provide nationwide courier delivery across Sri Lanka. Estimated delivery windows (1–2 days for Western Province, 2–4 days for other regions) are operational guidelines and may occasionally be subject to courier delays or weather conditions. Title and risk of loss pass to the customer upon delivery confirmation by our courier partner.
