1. Products & Compatibility

The most reliable way is to check the Part Number (P/N) or Model Number printed directly on your original faulty part (e.g., battery model, screen model, or keyboard layout). You can also match your laptop’s exact model series (e.g., Lenovo ThinkBook 14-IML). Yes, all our replacement components—including batteries, chargers, keyboards, touchpads, and display panels—are 100% brand new, tested for quality assurance, and meet or exceed OEM specifications.

Yes! If you cannot find the required item in our online catalog, contact our support team with your laptop brand, exact model number, and required component. We will check availability with our supplier inventory.

2. Orders & Island-Wide Delivery

Orders within Colombo and Western Province are typically delivered within 1–2 business days. For all other regions across Sri Lanka, delivery usually takes 2–4 business days via our trusted courier partners.

Once your order is packed and handed over to the courier, we will send you a tracking number and courier tracking link via SMS and email. You can monitor the live delivery status at any time.

3. Warranty & Replacements

Our components come with standard replacement warranties depending on the part type:
  • Laptop Batteries & Adapters: 3 to 6 months replacement warranty.
  • Keyboards & Touchpads: 3 months testing/manufacturing warranty.
  • Screens & Display Panels: Checked and verified prior to dispatch with testing warranty.
Please note: Physical damage, water damage, or burns caused by improper installation are not covered under warranty.
