1. Accepted Payment Methods

• Direct Bank Transfer / Online Banking: You can transfer funds directly to our corporate bank account via mobile banking apps or cash deposit machines (CDM).
• Cash on Delivery (COD): Available for selected product categories and delivery locations across the island.

2. Online Card Payment Security

Your online security is our top priority. All card transactions are processed through encrypted, industry-standard SSL (Secure Socket Layer) gateways compliant with PCI-DSS standards.

We do not store your credit/debit card numbers, CVV codes, or banking PINs on our servers. All card transactions require 3D-Secure OTP verification sent directly from your issuing bank.

3. Direct Bank Transfer Guidelines

If you choose to pay via direct bank transfer, please follow these simple steps:

1. Select Direct Bank Transfer during checkout and place your order.
2. Make the transfer using your unique Order ID as the payment reference.
3. Send a clear photo or screenshot of the payment receipt/slip along with your Order ID to our WhatsApp hotline at +94 70 318 8943 or email it to [email protected].
4. Once our accounts department verifies the funds, your package will be immediately dispatched for delivery.

4. Currency & Pricing Transparency

All prices displayed on our website are in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR / රු). The total amount displayed in your cart and checkout summary is the exact amount you will be charged. There are no surprise or hidden surcharge fees added to your transaction.

5. Corporate & Bulk Purchase Payments (B2B)

For IT repair shops, corporate offices, and educational institutions placing bulk orders, we offer official commercial invoices, purchase orders (PO), and company cheque payments upon pre-approval. Please contact our business support team for wholesale quotations.
